When booking an appointment online we need to know your name and email address. We gather this information to allow us to confirm your booking process and hold it is as part of our patient records to deliver this service. All data is held securely and not shared by any third parties.

These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.

3. Where we store the information
