Your Optical People glasses come with a lifetime of aftercare service. 
We’re always on hand during opening hours for minor repairs and adjustments at no cost.
That’s our promise to you.

We Price Match

We love providing our products at great value. It means everyone has the chance to have amazing eyewear and still have money left over.  We doubt you’ll find the same product cheaper at another highstreet store; if you do, we promise to match the price.

21-Day Returns

You do have up to 21 days to exchange your frames. As long as you bring in your receipt as proof of purchase, and the product is in the same condition as when we sold it to you, we promise to exchange it. If you want to upgrade or change your frames bought in store within that 21 day period, we’ll happily do that for you, you just need to pay the difference or cost of the lenses.

  • Our Total Satisfaction Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Price Match applies only to like-for-like products (ie same frame, prescription and lens option) bought in store, charged at full price and in stock at another high street store or superstore. 
  • Price match does not apply to discounted products or products bought or sold from opticalpeople.co.uk and other online retailers, auction websites or private sellers. 
  • Our Price Match promise is valid for 21 days from the date of purchase. We will need to see a formal quote/receipt on headed paper from the competing retailer and your receipt from the Optical People store.
  • Our Total Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for all products and services purchased at Optical People stores. For online purchases the Total Satisfaction Guarantee excludes price matching.
  • Please remember you’ll need your receipt and to return your unwanted items in the same condition as they were purchased. The cost of any lenses cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • If the alternative you choose is higher in price, you’ll need to pay the difference.
