Returns & Refunds Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

Contact Lenses cannot be returned if the box has been opened.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. For example; when there is damage to either the lenses or frames, you will be refunded for the non damaged part.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated period, first check your bank account again.  Following that, please contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is processed by your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

We do not normally offer refunds for sale items, however in certain cases this may be overruled and will depend the individual merits of each case.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at


Damage in transit

Any damage to the goods caused by transportation or delivery method must be reported to us upon receipt. If we have not received notification within the day of receipt, we will be unable to offer a refund.


Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will remain in contact with you to keep you informed as the activity progresses.

Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
